This a big and gorgeous 5 bedroom colonial style villa that has been renovated, but keeps its historical facade and colonial charm. This villa is located on one of the best streets of the historic center and close to everything you need: restaurants, bars and shops at your doorstep. It has city and breathtaking ocean views on its rooftop mirador that hosts a 10-person huge Jacuzzi and sun chairs and lounge space. The property also features excellent outdoor areas: two patios (one at the front and one in the rear) both of which are beautifully accented by royal palms. One features a gorgeous cascading water fountain which plays in the light and adds soothing sound. Each room has been uniquely designed with its own theme and color scheme achieved through use of vibrant paints, designer fabrics, and custom-laid flooring. Accented by authentic antique furniture and art works every room offers an escape from reality. The house has been fully renovated for a modern lifestyle and is equipped with wifi in most of the bedrooms and downstairs, a fax machine, and a Bose surround sound system in the master bedroom.
