This elegant seven-bedroom mansion is located in Cartagena's Old Town, close to the Teatro Heredia, the famous theater where many important festivals occur and the center for the arts in Cartagena. The home offers sweeping views of romantic, historic Old Town and views of the Caribbean ocean. The wide-open spaces of this property offer freshness from the sea and blanketing breezes, keeping the villa cool on hot tropical days. Though remodeled, the property still retains the colonial charm and naturally combines its history with modern style making for an unforgettable stay. In the center of the home stands the incredible courtyard made up of a sparkling pool that extends the length of the space and passes under beautiful brick archways. Exquisite, manicured greens surround the area and shade part of the patio providing shelter on hot days. There are multiple lounges throughout the villa, an outdoor table, and sleepy hammocks for lazy days. There is also a bright, sunny rooftop deck with more sun chairs and beautiful, exotic potted flowers. 

The living space is large and comfortable with simple, streamlined furniture and a magnificent baby grand piano that proudly takes center stage. The 7 bedrooms are simple, elegant, comfortable, and allow for lots of natural light through their beachy white shutters. Many of the bedrooms have direct access to the rooftop terrace or private balconies. The main bedroom has its own private terrace and a huge bathtub with ocean views in the bathroom.
