Very spacious with a lot of open air spaces, you will feel right at home. The first floor pool is surrounded by lush green plants and hanging gardens; it gets a lot of sunlight during the day. If you want a perfect tan before going home, this is the place to be! Enjoy cocktails and the gorgeous city views on the villa rooftop! This colonial house features: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Rooftop terrace and comfy social areas. The house has a 24 hour butler who serves drinks for the guests, gardening and cleaning the pool and is in charge of the security of the vila at all times. No need for a key he will always be there to open the door for you no matter the time! The villa also comes with a daily cleaning lady that leaves at 5 pm and can make breakfast. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful swimming pool on the main floor, great for a midnight swim under the stars or suntanning, x2 different large living rooms for entertaining and hanging out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and are very spacious. One if the bedrooms is very small With 2 single beds down stairs with A/C, ceiling fan and private bathroom.
