Located in the Historical CentER of Cartagena facing the Cathedral and the Governor’s Residence and overlooking the Plaza Bolivar and is one of the most important architectural and colonial properties in the city of Cartagena. Villa Pom features 15 huge bedrooms within 5 apartment amenities including fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning and several TVs. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private bathroom, wifi, cable tv, safety deposit box, a/c and 5star amenities. The apartments are designed as large loft spaces with colonial ceilings exceeding five meters’ height. There are two pools in the villa, one situated on the ground floor patio, and the other one on the rooftop terrace where you enjoy panoramic views of Cartagena’s monuments and the Caribbean Sea. Most apartments have an additional private rooftop terrace of their own. The main living room of the villa has a huge balcony overlooking the main square. There is an elevator within the villa, 2 large jacuzzis, bicycles. To understand better, this is a massive villa that has been divided into 5 apartments.
