This stunning 5 bedrooms colonial villa, located on Calle Don Sancho - My favorite street of the Historic Center, close to all the best restaurants, shops and landmarks. The owner is a famous interior designer that has done a wonderful job at remodeling the space, but keeping it colonial style. Very elegant and comfy. All 5 bedrooms are elegantly decorated and each room has its ensuite private bathroom, cable tv, safe, a/c. Some rooms have their own balcony overlooking the first floor pool. The main suite it's huge and has a hot tub and access to the second floor terrace that has another big jacuzzi. Large first floor living room with a/c and a large 12 person dinning table and a modern kitchen.
